1. How to activate the Content Assistant?

Activating SiteManager's AI Content Assistant is a breeze. Simply follow the steps provided below, or check out the video demonstration for a visual guide.

  1. Login to your SiteManager dashboard
  2. Click on "edit project"
  3. Select the AI symbol within the component you prefer.
  4. You will see a pop-up asking you to enable your AI Content Assistant.
  5. Choose your maximum monthly usage limit
  6. To activate your subscription, you will be prompted to provide your payment details if they are not already in our systems.

Note 1: Once the AI Content Assistant is activated, it becomes available for use in all of your projects. The usage of the assistant is combined and tracked across all the projects in which you utilize it.

Note 2: Once you activate a monthly subscription to the AI Content Assistant, you can start using its features. The subscription includes a specific number of words and characters that you can utilize. However, if you exceed this limit in terms of words or characters, you will be billed for the additional usage at the end of the billing period.

a. General copywriting assistance

The general copywriting assistance feature is a valuable tool for enhancing your website's content. It provides various options to improve your existing copy, such as rewriting, summarizing, shortening, and expanding specific sections.

b. Translations (ETA 09/2023)

The AI Content Assistant is designed to assist you in translating your original content into one or more foreign languages. The translation engine operates in three different ways:

  1. Translations on request: Simply click on the translate button to easily translate the specific section you choose.
  2. Automatic translations: By activating automatic translation, the content assistant will periodically translate all the content you have edited within a specific timeframe. This feature ensures that your content remains up-to-date and accessible to a wider audience. (queuing applied)
  3. Bulk translations: This feature is especially useful when adding one or more new languages to your project. It seamlessly translates all existing content from one language to another, simplifying the process and saving you time. (queuing applied)

c. Writing a paragraph or blog article

This functionality allows you to guide the AI Content Assistant in creating fresh, SEO-optimized, and original content for your website or blog. 

By providing a brief description, guiding the tone of voice, and specifying your keywords, you can generate fresh content in the form of a paragraph, a persuasive call to action, or a comprehensive blog article.

d. SEO optimization

Leverage the AI Content Assistant to enhance your page titles and descriptions. Simply provide a brief overview of the page content, specify the page type, and define relevant keywords. In return, you will receive a proposal for SEO-optimized page titles and descriptions that will help improve your website's visibility and search engine rankings.

e. General AI Chat function

SiteManager also offers a convenient AI chat function within the platform. This powerful feature combines ChatGPT 4.0 with highly accurate Google data to provide assistance with a wide range of general AI functionalities.
