How to add a Favicon to your website

Have you ever noticed those tiny icons next to a website's title in your browser? These icons, known as "favicons," are essential for all websites and can be easily added using SiteManager!

To get started with Favicons, you first have to install the Favicon module. This can be found by navigating to Upgrade Project. This will open a popup, here you'll need to go to CMS Updates

The next windows will show you various available updates, here we'll find the Favicon Module!

Once you click on "Add to site," the platform will automatically guide you to the settings panel where you can easily add a favicon to your website.

💡Tip: Ideally the favicon should be a .png using 588 x 588px. There are several tools online that can you generate a favicon for you such as favicon.io or realfavicongenerator.net

Once we have uploaded our favicon, you'll see your uploaded favicon as well as how it'll look when visiting your website!

Note: If you don't see your favicon on your live website, be sure to clear your cache.
