Website Visitors with Google Analytics

See some basic charts of your Google Analytics statistics such as the amount of visitors, where they come from and how they are looking at your website.

1.  Connecting with Google Analytics

 

In order to see you Website Visitors, you need to connect with Google Analytics

Follow the steps in the link above.

 

2.   Activate Website Visitors

 

2.a.  Add SiteManager to your users

  1. Sign in to you Google Analytics account
  2. Click the Admin button at the bottom of the left page. (image A)
  3. Select View User Management in the third column. (image B)
  4. Add this email address: 
    sitemanager-ga@robust-catalyst-278513.iam.gserviceaccount.com

    as a new user with only Read & Analyze permissions.

2.b.   Retrieve your Google Analytics Account ID

  1. Sign in to you Google Analytics account
  2. Click the Admin button at the bottom of the left page. (image A)
  3. Select Account Settings in the first column. (image C)
  4. Copy your Account-ID.

2.c.   Connect in SiteManager

  1. Go to your Google Analytics in SiteManager
  2. Once your successfully done Step 1, click the Connect With Charts button
  3. Paste your Account-ID in the input field. (image D)
  4. Now click the Connect button and your Website Visitors is connected in your SiteManager website.
  5. Now you can quick access the Website Visitors page under Settings in your SiteManager project. (image E)

At any given moment it's possible to disconnect your Website Visitors from SiteManager.

SiteManager is not saving your Google Analytics data.
We use the API of Google Analytics to show you your data.
